Development layouts for the financier's secluded Caribbean island featured within the images.
Furthermore contained in this recent document drop seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Visible on the drawing is a channel, a waterway in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a notes section identifying different areas of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be nine other property layouts and construction drawings, including plans for boat shelters.
More documentation released as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
